Selecting Your Challenge Questions

The following instructions, including screenshots, are available for download.

Challenge questions allow you to reset your password and restore account access if needed.

Select a question using the drop-down arrow on the right.
Enter your answer. Answers are not case sensitive, so capitalization does not matter.
When you have selected five Challenge Questions and provided answers, click Continue. Continue to Completing the DS Logon Account Creation Process.

Challenge Question recommendations:

Select questions that have answers you can remember without writing them down.
Ask yourself, “Will I remember this answer a year from now without writing it down?”
Make sure that none of your social media accounts contain the answers to your challenge questions.
