Updating an Expired or Forgotten Password
The following instructions, including screenshots, are available for download.
If your password has expired or you cannot remember it, you will need to create a new password before you can log into myAuth and partner sites.
Important: Passwords cannot be changed more than once every 24 hours.
- On the myAuth login page, enter your Username and click Next.
- Click Forgot password?.
- Select a security method to verify your identity, such as email OTP, password, or Okta Verify.
- After you verify your identity, the Reset Password page displays.
- Create a new password that fulfills the requirements that are listed. As each requirement is satisfied, you will see a green check next to it.
- Re-enter the password and click Reset Password. You will now be authenticated into myAuth and can access partner sites.
